Sky Blue Support is committed to providing it's customers with quick and efficient support. Currently support is provided via email and we aim to respond to any queries within 24 hours.

Charges

A flat rate of $100 per hour will be charged if SkyBlue reasonably determines that the product is not defective and that the problem giving rise to your support request was the result of lack of knowledge of how to configure and use the product, the installation of incompatible software by a party other than SkyBlue, computer viruses, and the like.

Skyblue are available to carry out bespoke developments to the Sky Blue Support application requests should be made to development@skybluesupport.com Bespoke developments are generally charged at a flat rate of $150 per hour, however developments will vary in size and complexity so in some cases a specific contract may be drawn up in each case.
