Sky Blue Solutions was formed in November 2005 and released Sky Blue Support (SBS) in September 2006. As you would expect with any software house, every member of the Sky Blue Solutions team has experience in producing software. In fact, the three founding directors alone have a combined industry knowledge spanning 20 years.

Sky Blue is committed to satisfying companies all over the world, and a big part of this on-going commitment involves listening and responding to the growing needs of new and existing customers. Keeping in touch with current technology and planning for the future is also high on Sky Blue’s agenda. To illustrate this point SBS already uses VB.Net 2005 and SQL 2005, and have plans to test on windows new platform ‘Vista’.

Sky Blue Support is a fully featured customer relation’s management application that puts you and your staff in control by providing all the tools required by a busy support centre. Presented in an easy to use, highly configurable tabbed document interface users are able to quickly switch between the various displays provided.
