Selecting the Knowledge Base list

 

Select the Knowledge Base option From the Tool Bar, file menu or shortcut key Ctrl+3

 

 

You will now see the customer list. A customer can be selected to view or edit by simply selecting ‘Open’ form the tool strip menu or double click the Customer in the list. 

 

 

 

Using the Filter Box

When you text into the filter box, any fields that match it will cause the entire Knowledge Base Article to be shown. When you have entered some text you will see an additional set of buttons appear below Knowledge Base toolbar. This toolbar has several buttons, which reflect the matches and can be used to filter the list even further.
