Creating a new Call

 

Select the required Customer

From the Customers list select a customer to create a new call for. Select the create Call option from the tool strip menu.

 

 

 

You will now see a new call tab with a unique call reference ID ready for the new call details to be added.

 

Call Heading Details

Start by filling in the Call heading and description details.

 

 

Issue Groups and Details

 

If you are a company that want to track the sort of problems that arise on a regular basis then you may want to associate the call with an issue group and issue detail.  To update Issue Groups and Details please see Admin Options

 

Add New Call Note

 

Now add a new call note to the call.

 

 

Add text to the note details select update note to save the call note.

 

 

Call History

 

A tab called Call History will display all calls relating to the customer you created this call for.  Any previous call can be opened by clicking on the ‘Open Call’ button.

 

 

Select ‘Save and Close’ from the tool strip menu on the new Call tab. This saves the new call details and closes the call tab.
