The Main Screen

Following a successful login the main screen will be displayed.

There are two textboxes in the top right hand corner of the screen, one called ‘Find Customer’ and the other called ‘Find Call’. These can be used to quickly find a customer or a call be simply entering the customer or call ID. The ID number has to exact otherwise it will not return anything.

The Tool Bar

Each major function of Sky Blue Support can be accessed from the tool bar. The main functions are Calls, Customers, Knowledge Base, Reports and Stats. These major functions can also be accessed via the file menu and their shortcut keys.

Ctrl+1 = Calls

Ctrl+2 = Customers

Ctrl+3 = Knowledge Base

Ctrl+4 = Reports

Ctrl+5 = Stats
